Hi, I'm Marla. Untamed Flour began with a love for baking and a belief that good bread belongs at the center of the table. What started as a hobby quickly grew into a passion for creating small-batch sourdough, focaccia, and baked goods to share with family, friends, and our local community.
I believe handmade food should be authentic, rustic, and a little imperfect. No two loaves are exactly alike—and that's part of what makes them special. Every loaf is mixed, shaped, baked, and packaged by hand from my home bakery in The Woodlands, Texas.
